Personal Data Processing Authorization and Consent

By accepting and submitting this form, you hereby grant authorization to CINTEL, Tax Identification Number (NIT) 800.149.483-7, domiciled in Bogotá D.C., Colombia, at Torre Empresarial Pacific, Calle 110 No. 9-25, Office 817, Bogotá D.C., Colombia, telephone +57 (1) 6404410, website: https://cintel.co/ , as the Data Controller, in a prior, explicit, informed, and unequivocal manner, to process (collect, store, use, circulate, transmit, transfer, and share with the partners, third parties, and sponsors of the ANDICOM Event, as well as the partners, third parties, and sponsors of CINTEL’s other events, services, and activities) the personal data provided for the following purposes:

  1. To carry out activities inherent to CINTEL’s corporate purpose, including the contracting, promotion, execution, and commercialization of CINTEL’s products, goods, and services.
  2. To execute CINTEL’s activities in compliance with legal obligations, contractual obligations, and its corporate purpose, based on the purposes established in this document and in CINTEL’s Personal Data Processing Policy available on CINTEL’s website, which the data subject acknowledges having read and accepted through the execution of this document.
  3. To offer products, services, benefits, special offers, promotions, contests, events, seminars, workshops, training programs, loyalty activities, surveys, and generally to maintain efficient communication regarding CINTEL’s products and services through physical means, email communications, and/or mobile devices.
  4. To capture photographs and audiovisual recordings during all CINTEL events, services, and activities for publication, news generation, and dissemination through media outlets, websites, portals, and CINTEL’s social media channels. In all cases, CINTEL will respect copyrights and intellectual property rights associated with materials used in promotional or advertising content, without any obligation of financial compensation.
  5. To provide information to public authorities when required by law or court order.
  6. To register the personal data of sponsors, exhibitors, and other third parties associated with CINTEL events and activities within CINTEL’s databases for contractual, commercial, and legal communications.
  7. Regarding data collection and processing through automated mechanisms designed to generate visitor activity records and audience analytics, CINTEL may use such information to prepare reports, statistics, and satisfaction surveys concerning the services provided.
  8. To transfer, transmit, or share processed data nationally and/or internationally with partners, third parties, and sponsors of CINTEL events, services, and activities so they may promote their participation, follow up on event interactions, and establish commercial relationships of various kinds with the data subjects.
  9. For the security of individuals, assets, and CINTEL facilities, including the use of data as evidence in any type of proceeding, with respect to information: Collected directly at security checkpoints; Obtained from identification documents provided to security personnel; and Captured through video surveillance recordings conducted inside or outside CINTEL facilities.
  10. To provide relevant information regarding products and services offered by CINTEL through physical, digital, electronic, or telephone channels. The Personal Data Protection Policy may be consulted through the corresponding link provided by CINTEL.
  11. To guarantee the identification and verification of attendees at the ANDICOM Event and other CINTEL events through biometric identification carried out prior to registration, accreditation, attendance tracking, badge issuance, and event security processes, either directly by CINTEL and/or its authorized service providers. Collected data shall be processed in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012, this authorization, and CINTEL’s Personal Data Processing Policy.
  12. I authorize my personal data to be processed through the Contact Reader technology provided by ANDICOM so that partners, third parties, and sponsors of the ANDICOM Event may use such information for commercial and networking purposes.
  13. By registering for and attending the ANDICOM Congress, the data subject authorizes photographic and/or audiovisual recording (including the enhancement and editing of photographs/videos through Artificial Intelligence tools to improve quality and ensure consistency) throughout the event for publication, news generation, and dissemination through media outlets, portals, platforms, applications, mailings, event screens, and CINTEL’s social media channels. Copyright and intellectual property rights will be respected at all times, without any entitlement to financial compensation.

CINTEL Declarations: CINTEL declares that the processing of biometric identification data will be appropriate, relevant, and proportional, and that its biometric management system includes adequate security measures to protect collected personal data in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 and the personal data protection guidelines issued by the Colombian Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).

Declarations of the Biometric Data Subject: By signing this document and/or submitting this form, the undersigned expressly, explicitly, informedly, and unequivocally declares that:

  1. I authorize CINTEL to implement and operate biometric capture measures for accreditation, attendance registration, badge issuance, and security purposes during the ANDICOM Event.
  2. I acknowledge and accept that participation in ANDICOM requires an identification process and that biometric registration is optional, as in-person registration alternatives are available.
  3. I acknowledge and accept that registration through biometric identification is personal and non-transferable.
  4. I acknowledge and accept that I will not be permitted to enter the ANDICOM Event without completing the required registration process.
  5. I understand, acknowledge, and accept that biometric identification prevents impersonation by another individual and therefore registration is strictly personal and non-transferable. If event security personnel identify an unregistered individual attempting to access the event, such person will be immediately removed from the premises.
  6. I understand, acknowledge, and accept that biometric information will be processed by CINTEL and/or its authorized providers in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012, SIC guidelines, this authorization, and CINTEL’s Personal Data Processing Policy. I acknowledge and accept that CINTEL will conduct photographic and audiovisual recordings during its events, services, and activities for publication and communication purposes through media outlets, websites, and social media channels, without any entitlement to compensation.
  7. I acknowledge and accept that CINTEL may be legally required to disclose information to governmental or judicial authorities.
  8. I acknowledge and accept that CINTEL will maintain personal data relating to sponsors, exhibitors, and other third parties involved in CINTEL events and activities for contractual, commercial, and legal communications.
  9. I acknowledge and accept that CINTEL may use information collected through automated systems to generate visitor activity reports, audience statistics, and customer satisfaction surveys.
  10. I acknowledge and accept that CINTEL may send commercial information concerning its products, services, seminars, workshops, training programs, loyalty activities, and related offerings through the contact channels provided by the data subject, in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 and CINTEL’s Personal Data Processing Policy.

As the owner of the personal data, you have the right to:

a) Access, free of charge, the personal data that has been processed.

b) Request the updating and correction of inaccurate, incomplete, fragmented, misleading, unauthorized, or unlawfully processed information.

c) Request proof of the authorization granted for data processing.

d) File complaints with the Colombian Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) regarding violations of applicable personal data protection regulations.

e) Revoke the authorization and/or request deletion of personal data, except where a legal or contractual obligation requires its retention.

f) Decline to answer questions relating to sensitive personal data or data concerning children and adolescents. These rights may be exercised through the email address [email protected], which has been designated by CINTEL for handling requests related to personal data processing and the exercise of the rights described above. Upon receipt of a request, CINTEL will process it in accordance with applicable law and its Personal Data Processing Policy.

Accordingly, by signing this document or submitting this form, the undersigned grants consent to CINTEL to process personal information in accordance with CINTEL’s Personal Data Processing Policy published on its website and for all purposes described herein.
